We are an agency dedicated to the rental of fully equipped furnished apartments. Not only we help you find the perfect apartment, but we also assist you in anything you might need during your stay.
What is the minimum stay?
Most of our apartments do not require a minimum stay, Day/Week/Month/Year, you are welcome.
How do I make a reservation?
You have to send us a mail specifying the apartment you would like, with its corresponding code number,number of people who are going to stay & check in/out day.
How much do I have to pay to make the reservation?
You have to pay 30% of the total amount of your stay.
How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
Once you check in and sign the contract.
We only accept cash: US dollars, euros or ARG pesos
Do the prices include taxes?
Taxes are included in the price.
Am I required to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
Yes, if you stay:
1 week: equivalent to 1 week rent
2 weeks 2 weeks rent
3 weeks 2 weeks rent
4 weeks 4 weeks rent
How and when do I get the keys to the apartment?
Once you check in, we provide you with the keys.
Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water utilities?
The price of all our apartments include expenses, services and in almost every case Internet broad band & a weekly maid service.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
The weekly maid service includes changing of towels and sheets in most apartments. More frequent maid service is additional.
Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
All our apartments include linen & towels.
What happens if I break something?
You would have to pay for what you break, the price appears in the inventory you signed with your contract when you checked in.
What if I need help or information during my stay?
You can call us to our cell phone and we will assist you.
Do the apartments have telephone?
All our apartments have telephone or a cell phone.Telephones accept only local calls, some others work with prepaid cards.
